How far in advance should I place my order?
Save the dates are traditionally mailed 6-10 months prior to your wedding and invitations are traditionally mailed 2-3 months prior to your wedding. Orders from The Curated Collection take approximately 4-6 weeks production time on average, but it's best to place your order as soon as possible. Custom projects should be coordinated at least 8 weeks in advance and are taken on a per-project basis depending on availability.
Do you offer samples from The Curated Collection?
Yes, you may order a sample packet which include samples prints from The Curated Collection that demonstrate print quality and paper style. Sample packets may be purchased here.
Can you rush my order?
Rush orders are available on a case-by-case basis for 30% of your project total. Please inquire if interested.
DO YOU OFFER day-of paper goods such as programs and menus?
Absolutely! Custom project slots fill up quickly, so please fill out the contact form as early as possible to inquire about your project's timeline.
Do you offer printable versions of your designs?
Yes, please contact me with your desired timeline if you are interested in purchasing custom digital designs or digital designs from The Curated Collection. I will respond with my availability and a quote to begin the process.
Is it too late to change the quantity of my order?
After an order is placed, decreased quantities cannot be accommodated. However, there is no fee to add extra suites to your order as long as time allows. If the order has already been printed, you may need to pay a late set up fee and/or additional shipping. Please contact me as quickly as possible for advice on how to proceed. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately.
Can I order completely custom paper goods?
Of course! Linen & Leaf accepts a select number of custom projects each year. Please contact me with as much detail as possible, as soon as possible. Custom invitations often take longer and cost more, and I will provide more detail once receiving specific information about your project.
Do you have a studio I can visit?
Linen & Leaf is operated out of my home, so I don't have a designated meeting space, however, if you are local to Huntsville, Alabama area I'd love to meet up for coffee and discuss your project!
How does shipping work?
Domestic shipping is included in The Curated Collection pricing. If you require expedited or international shipping, please note that at checkout and I will send a separate invoice to accommodate. Shipping for custom projects will be calculated and added to your invoice before final shipment. Linen & Leaf is not liable for lost, damaged or delayed shipments.
What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?
Linen & Leaf strives to maintain the utmost client satisfaction throughout the design and production process. If you are dissatisfied for any reason throughout the process, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will make it a priority to try to resolve any issues and work with you to find a solution.
If you choose to cancel your order before print production has begun, a portion of your payment will be refunded, less compensation for time and associated costs with your order prior to printing. Once your order goes to print, I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds and reserve the right to retain your full payment. Reprint costs due to errors found after final approval has been given are the sole responsibility of the client.
I received envelopes with the addresses incorrectly PRINTED OR handwritten. What do I do?
Erroneous envelopes at fault of Linen & Leaf (actual spelling errors or missed addresses) will be mailed at no cost within 1-3 business days. Last minute additions or spelling errors on your list may be replaced at cost + a $20 late set-up fee.
Who owns the designs once produced?
Linen & Leaf retains all rights to the designs that are created.
